Testimonials

Kristina D

"I chose this place based on all the great google reviews. My dad had a torn meniscus and needed surgery. Surgery was scheduled super quick but Dr.B bedside manner has a lot to be desired. He looked like he was in a rush to leave every time we saw him. On top of it he left us no instructions on post surgery care saying that my dad already had the same surgery on his other knee and should know what to do...we were SHOCKED and my dad didn't remember. He also said that he will give me a call in 3 days to let me know when to come remove my dad's stitches...no phone call so a WEEK AND A HALF later I called myself. I spoke to Dr.B's assistant who told me that he was making an appt for my dad asap and we were to come in right away. Imagine my surprise when we came in and were told that there was no appt for my dad and he couldn't be seen! After my dad got upset and we explained that a mistake was made on their end my dad was allowed to see dr.B. There was no apology for what happened from the doc - nothing. And he told my dad that if he wants to, he can go for therapy but it's his choice. And when my dad asked for instructions as to what he is allowed to do post surgery, the doc told him to call a physical therapist with this question...whereas he said it was my dad's choice to go for physical therapy or not. In fact my dad had more questions for the doc but he ran out of the room so fast that his assistant had to answer. She was great and answered all of my dad's questions. Overall we are very disappointed."

"I would give a zero. I don't know that doctor name . , he is American..I can't move my leg for almost 3 weeks , came for consultation. At least some empathy. .....So much sarcasm and critics. I have so much pain I couldn't sleep . I came to doctor and what he told me : 2 weeks is not long time pain you have"

"My first visit to this office great so far, they all attentive in which the assistant to Dr understand my issues and explain the necessary step. Once surgery is confirmed I will be able to give another update however I was referred to this location with high recommendation."
