Hopefully, she recovers quickly, but next time, it may be advisable not to see patients in that condition. Note: She did wear a mask."

When I requested an appointment for consultation after a newly diagnosed cardiac condition resulted in discontinuing previous meds and treatment for osteoarthritis and osteopenia treatments, I was told by secretarial staff the doctor couldn't see me unless it was for the previous hand pain that had been my treatment focus. This M.D. had X-rays she ordered that showed shoulder and other joint sites impacted by the disease. There was nothing that led me to believe physicians treat one body part impacted by a disease that effects the entire body. If that's true, I'm out of there, and the Towson Ortho Practice. I'm a patient not a collection of body parts!"
