"Without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I bought my wife a groupon with Kevin for her birthday and like I do with all Groupons, I redeemed the voucher and sent the pdf file to my wife. When she contacted him to set up an appointment he claimed it was the sales receipt and not the voucher, even though the file clearly states that its the voucher and has instructions (attached). He told me I had to redeem it on my laptop as thats where the voucher was purchased. Doing that effectively marked the voucher as used so Kevin suggested we call to figure it out. When we called Kevin answered the phone with a horrible attitude and repeatedly spoke over us as we tried to explain that we had followed his instructions and we just wanted confirmation that we can use the groupon. Instead he just became very irate, still claiming we've done it wrong and eventually told us this was too stressful for him and to contact groupon to find someone else to work with (as if our mind hadn't been made up about that). When I went on the explain that he is getting Irate at us for following his instructions he told us to find someone else and then hung up on us. I can't say much regarding this person's acupuncture skills but what I can say is that going by how clearly highly strung he is, I imagine its not the most relaxing atmosphere. If he finds dealing with a minor customer service situation too stressful then he shouldn't be in customer service."
