"Hello, I was a patient of Theraphysical in late 2025. My therapists were Monza and Kait. They were awesome. I came in with neck and left shoulder issues and at the end of December left with no issues. MRI and doctor said I needed surgery for my torn labrum but recommended I not go this route but continue my exercise with Monza and Kait because my pain was continually receding. I wasn't able to lift 5 lbs in left shoulder for fifteen years. Thanks to the girls, we were hitting scar tissue, calcification and improving blood flow, strength and mobility on that shoulder. I now can shoulder press 20lbs with 90% less pain. Highly recommend. Also, the team has a very nice family feel, they become your friends."
