"Dr Evan Friedman ! OMG, this Dr is one of the best human being you can find out there. He is a very highly skilled gynecologist surgeon. One doctor messed up with my wife's pelvic area and he got her back to normal and now enjoying her life again. Please consider this as your first and last stop about your pelvic needs. Don't even hesitate one second."

"For me, this was 6 rounds of injections to the pelvic nerves--each injection costs $1000, with the grand total being $6000 by the end. My insurance did not cover these costs, and the practice did not provide me with an itemized receipt for these treatments that I could send to my insurance to help me hit my out of pocket deductible and receive any kind of reimbursement. If someone is in immense pain and desperate enough to spend this much money to try to feel better, it is imperative that YOU as the provider give the patient this superbill and tell them exactly what to do in order to navigate the process when their insurance does not cover these costs. The effects of the injections lasted about four months for me personally"

"Dr. Zirolli was amazing! She made me feel valid with all my symptoms and listened to my concerns. I did the 6 shots and had a lot of improvement with my symptoms combined with pelvic floor therapy. The office is quiet, clean, and easily accessible. The office staff are friendly and welcoming."

"The entire office at Bethesda is absolutely amazing from the front office to the back office every single person that I talked to here just wants to care for you! If you have any sort of pelvic pain or endometriosis, this is the office to go to!"

Kathryn Darling

"Pros: They really care about their patient outcomes. Dr. Zirolli is wonderful. Cons: They said my insurance would "probably" cover my treatments. (It didn't.) I ended up owing them $10,000. Before my second set of injections, they didn't bill me for the first because the appeals were still going through insurance. They never told me this. I never would have gotten the second set if I had known insurance wasn't likely to cover it. Their treatments also didn't work long term for me. I'm sure they will for some folks, but it's not a cure-all."

"Everyone in the office from front desk staff to the physicians are wonderful. Very caring and clearly want to help and provide you with the best care possible"
