My PT therapist, Michael Goldberg is very patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I've already seen progress in the short time I've been there."

"Not sure why many say this place is good. The care I received was beyond poor. The doctor minimized my issue and didn't even do an exam. He then proceeded to stick his thumb nail in my shoulder very very hard and ask me if it hurt. I explained I had already done physical therapy for 2 years which didn't help, doing pain management and needed another opinion about back surgery. Apparently, that meant nothing. I sent the hospital CEO a letter explaining what happened and never even received an acknowledgement. I then get a call about a bill...The Nerve! Bill for what? I was clearly discriminated against... I asked them to please take me to court so I can sue. Maybe these good reviews are paid for. I would not recommend HSS to anyone I care about. M"

"Just like the rest of HSS, this is a well oiled machine but trust me warmth and empathy are everywhere. From Joey, to Jordan, the nurses here are exceptional. I've had injections elsewhere but nothing compared to this team's professionalism. Their communication from scheduling to arrival and departure are outstanding. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention Reggie the radiologist who took great care of me on my initial visit. Thanks HSS leadership for taking care of your staff. They are difference makers."
