Testimonials
"They are very professional and caring. I would highly recommend this facility."
"Bad scheduling. They will cancel your appointment and not call you. Then say you have one more no call no show. They're liars or the phones suck."
"Terrible customer service. 85 year old mother in-law doesn't want to say anything because she's afraid the treatment will get worse if she complains. It started at arrival and continues over 3 hours later. Uninformative, unresponsive and neglecting her unless the staff is went and spoken to and even then the basic needs of a new patient must be requested multiple times. No orientation of any sort, not even a 5 minute explanation of arrival procedures or checking on her needs. They said the first day is just settling in which apparently settling in means your dropped off in room. Any basic need for a new pt has taken a great deal of effort by my wife and to expedite. Over 3 hours later and time for her to sleep she still not been given her evening medication so she can go to sleep for the night. Multiple trips to nursing station and standing in the hall outside her door trying get someone's attention to get some of her basic needs met. I could write an essay explanation of details. Room assigned no bed, waiting with driver in wheel chair in her room to even be moved from wheelchair. Trying to figure out how to get a meal before it was too late, outside phone calls from solicitor selling insure geeting through on house phone. Waiting for help moving her to another room in which the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Not a good start fir an 85 year old that has not full recovered from stoke, the carotid artery surgery a few weeks later and a week later broken hip, hip replacement and a few days later ends up here anxious and neglected her first evening. Hopefully she won't receive any retaliation because I posted this. I had to leave her room and step away from the situation because I am extremely agitated with the customer service here. I was a manager at a care facility for many years and know what good or even adequate customer service looks like. It's also understandable that things can happen but how you respond to the pt and respond to the shortcomings can exacerbate or de-escalate the experience turning a negative experience around."
