My surgery had actually been scheduled months earlier but cancelled the night before do to being so high risk at a different hospital because I also have a serious heart defect which made this surgery more serious. So Dr. Lowenstein went above and beyond he went out of his way for me to actually get his credentials at NYU so he could do the surgery for me to help me...During the waiting process he would call me after hours and even from his home to check in with me and let me know how the process is going for NYU. My Mom and I are so great full for him and can't thank him enough for everything he has done to go out of his way to help me have a better life... It absolutely shows how much of a caring surgeon he is..."

"To say that my family was fortunate to have met Dr. Lowenstein, his Physician Assistants, and his team of professionals would be an understatement. From our very first appointment in February of 2023, we knew we were in very capable hands. Dr. Lowenstein diagnosed my then eleven year old son with a high grade spondylolisthesis and thoroughly explained to us why surgery was necessary to correct his condition.
