Testimonials
"Ashley has changed my life and my health. I've been seeing her for over six years, which sounds like a long time. I had chronic acute pain that prevented me from doing basic things, like sitting comfortably at work all day or working out. Before Ashley, I'd see a chiropractor multiple times a year for a temporary fix, but it never really fixed anything. When I first started treatment with Ashley, I saw her 2-3 times a week for about six months. Since then, I come in once or twice a year for 2-3 appointments for a tune up. She's trained me how to take care of my issues. I'm not in constant discomfort. It's amazing. Beyond being the only medical professional to get me back into such good shape, Ashley is a wonderful person. She's warm and kind, and even when doing painful exercises or deep tissue work, she's encouraging and helpful. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable not just in her care, but in your life. She's absolutely the best. I can't recommend her highly enough."
"Ashley is truly fantastic. When I injured my adductor muscle I was completely unable to run and, on some days, I even struggled to walk without pain. Ashley created a combo of in-office and out-of-office treatments to rehabilitate me. I saw her for dry needling, which truly works like magic. In addition, Ashley gave me at-home exercises to strengthen my muscles and get me back into running shape. When I recently slipped a rib over the weekend, Ashley was both compassionate and incredibly responsive! She sent me a list of at-home exercises so I could ease my pain over the weekend and adjusted her schedule to make a last-minute appointment available to me. Whether you have an injury that needs immediate attention or need a little maintenance to accompany your active lifestyle, Ashley is your best bet. I cannot recommend her highly enough!"
"Ashley is truly a gem. A couple years ago, I was having groin and outer hip pain for months. I went in to see Ashley and within minutes she had a diagnosis in mind and a plan in place. As a spinning and solidcore enthusiast, it's extra helpful as she understands the movements and form of these workouts like no other. From check-ins to ongoing physical therapy treatment to dry needling, Ashley is a pro. She'll explain exactly how your muscles are working or why certain things are happening in a way you can understand. She's friendly, upbeat and dedicated to her clients. Ashley is passionate about her work and getting you back out there doing whatever it is you are passionate about!"
"Highly recommend Ashley! About a year ago I was in an altercation with a moving vehicle, as a pedestrian. I suffered a significant injury to my rotator cuff and wasn't able to move my left shoulder without pain. I feared that surgery would be necessary. I've had a number of injuries in college and my trainer/PT seemed to always recommend surgery. To my great delight, Ashley was able to repair my shoulder through physical therapy! She is not only knowledgeable and an expert at her craft, but is warm and attentive. Ashley is one of a kind; her expertise is unmatched!"
"Ashley's saved my Ironman. A month out from my race I started experiencing knee, low back and hip pain and was worried I would not be able to complete the race after 6 months of training. As a former certified personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, I am very knowledgeable about corrective exercises, but Ashley is at a whole nother level. She was able to diagnose the issue on day 1 and began with a regimen that alleviated pain in my first training run after seeing her. Over the course of a couple months with sessions spaced out by several weeks, I felt great and completed the Ironman pain free. Shout out to both her PT and dry needling skills. Ashley never pushed any unnecessary services nor did she schedule a lot of appointments just to make money. She listens, educates, ensures you understand the problem and the corrective approach. Additionally she is just an overall smart, funny and easy going person. I highly recommend her to people at all levels of fitness."
"I have been seeing Ashley on and off for a year now. Ashley has significantly helped me with labral tears in both hips, as well with my PMR. Ashley takes the time to explain just what's going on and how to get mobility back through an exercise and stretching program. Also, Ashley provides dry needling as well, which provides relief almost immediately for my hips, as well as other cranky muscle areas, allowing me to stay mobile and active. After just one month of PT my hips, back, and shoulder pain had improved immensely! I highly recommend Ashley; she is truly the best!"
"Ashley has helped me with several serious issues over the last few years. Her service has always been excellent. I appreciate how carefully she guided me on how to do my home exercises correctly - they were a key part of my recovery process. She has superb skills and a warm personality. I recommend her highly."
"I met Ashley initially as she cared for several of my patients. It was apparent how much she cared and went out of her way to design programs that met each persons individualized needs. When I need a PT to manage my own sport related injury she was the obvious choice. Ashley far surpassed my expectations, not only helping me to get back to what I love to do but helping me crush some of my major race goals. And she does it all with a smile:)"
