Testimonials
"Dr. Fuentes is so professional and very knowledgeable. Love how he goes into details about what is going on and makes sure you fully understand what he's talking about. His staff members are always so friendly and helpful when needed."
"Doctor listens and has so much patience! Great place!"
"My experience with the Doctor and his team has made a significant difference in my life since my health improved after the surgery and I feel cared for and protected by a renowned and professional doctor. I widely recognize his excellent work."
"Dealing with Parkview has been a very nice experience overall! When a person is in pain... it can be very frustrating, stressful and, frankly, quite scary. EVERY PERSON I have been in contact with (without exceptions) has treated me professionally, with honesty and kindness. All in an effort to help restore me. And, confident they will. I'm very grateful to them."
"Started seeing Dr. Bigart about a year ago and I am very pleased with his professionalism and bedside manner. However, a couple of the younger nurses and assistants working with him are very rude. I like nurse Vicky she is always pleasant on the telephone, not loud talking, & she goes over and beyond to make sure you have the best patient service. My advice, some of the younger ladies, should stop being over talkative, loud, & more professional!!"
"The care I received from Dr. Connor Shaw was perfect ! He showed care and concern for me as his patient. However, the lady Crystal at the front desk was very rude, raised her voice, and treated me with with complete disrespect. I was also accused by another employee of slamming a door which was a false accusation. These employees need some training on how to treat the patients."
"Went there for a back problem. Dr. Reviewed after X-rays and did Physical Therapy recommended physical therapy. Started physical therapy asked many times for the coverage amounts how much I would be paying and what will be covered from our insurance company and they said it would be 100% covered. After $759 later out-of-pocket it was not covered. They basically withheld information from me to keep me coming back until they could milk me for all I was worth. Very deceitful and very confusing. I would never recommend this place based on that. The medical care was fine. But the billing system is nothing short of you needing an accountant to understand it. Never go there unless they are upfront with what will be paid because they will drain you"
"PRETTY DEMEANING Doctor.... I went to Dr. Fuentes's practice to see if I could get a SECOND OPINION for my son's fracture. I CLEARLY stated in my paperwork that this was specifically for a SECOND OPINION because I wanted to know if my son's fracture was healed to the point that he could participate in an important school activity he had prepared for, for months. After reviewing my son's x-ray, Dr. Fuentes was able to tell me that my son's injury was looking good. Unfortunately, he then proceeded to question me about seeking a SECOND OPINION and literally told me that he would not release my son. He said that he does not want any other doctor to go against his decision, so why would he do that to someone else. Although I completely understand what he means. As I stated before, I was there for a SECOND OPINION. In a very DEMEANING manner, he basically said that he was not going to release my son even though he was able to provide me with what seemed positive news in reference to my son's fracture. I then told him that I was looking to see if his injury had healed to the point that my son could participate in the activity. And that at no point, did I ever say that I wanted him to just give me a favorable decision. I told him that if my son's injury was not well enough for him to participate, then I would take his results and keep him from participating. He made it seem that I was a bad parent because I was trying to get a favorable decision from any doctor. That was not in any way what I was doing, I was asking for a SECOND OPINION because my son was going to be released 2 days after the visit with Dr. Fuentes, and we were hoping that he would allow him to participate based on what he saw; it was that important to my son that we even sought out a SECOND OPINION. My biggest issue is not that he did not release my son. I'm absolutely fine with that. My biggest issue is that he actually took my money knowing the fact that I was looking for a SECOND OPINION, and that he was going to deny it. Now, I'm stuck paying a bill where I literally didn't get a CLEAR answer for my son's fracture. I can assume that it was looking really good, but he was more about telling me off than providing me with a SECOND OPINION. He was not very nice."
