He helped me understand what my issue has been, and gave me hope that things could be better...I hadn't had that hope for quite a while. The care I've received from Dr G and his staff has been tremendously beneficial, and I couldn't be more thankful. He remains very thorough with every adjustment, and adapts my care to my experience and what works best for my body. He regularly reevaluates to make sure the plan is working well. After just a few weeks, my back is in better shape than it's been in years. I'm back to doing things that I haven't been able to without pain for a long time: grocery shop, go on long walks, clean a bathroom. "Erik Gaitan is knowledgeable and good. This review is just for the billing department, they won't send me a written bill. Since insurance and the office are telling me different amounts that I owe, I wanted a bill so that I can confirm with insurance. billing at Wash S&D keeps saying they don't have a bill because they bill insurance. They tell me verbally what I owe and ask me to pay. How can you have no bill, invoice or anything to show what I owe?"
