"My boys had an appointment at Metropolitan hospital for the first time because we followed their Doctor who now works there. I was a little skeptical about the change because we always use Montefiore hospital because we're from the Bronx, by Metropolitan hospital is pretty good. The staff were amazing and professional. My boys doctor Dr. Waite is an amazing doctor who knows how to take care of special needs kids. I will continue to go to Metropolitan Hospital. Thank you Metropolitan hospital for your great service and hospitality!"

"Lenox Hill Hospital was okay...my complaint is that they have everyone coming in at one time as far as staff. A patient can only focus on one thing at a time. Very confusing and aggravating. Some of the nurses are not empathy or compassionate. Didn't explain the medication that was given. My advice take your time cause you can miss something. If you see someone with another member of the staff wait till they are done. Not swarm them like bees. John Alovera was a awesome nurse he needs a raise. The food was great best hospital food I've ever had. So I give it 3 out of 5 stars."
