She is highly Knowledgeable and skilled. She's also very friendly And really cares. Pleasant person to talk with she makes you feel very comfortable. She helped me a lot gained Mobility and the pain is much less. She also gave me exercise to do at home, which really helps a lot. I will continue Therapy with her and so grateful. Everyone is really friendly in there and it's a wonderful vibe."

"I just want to thank Professional Physical Therapy and your excellent staff in Secaucus , New Jersey for all you've done for me and how I've been treated for the past 2 months. I couldn't have asked for or envisioned better treatment, both physically and personally from your personnel. When I needed an appointment by the end of March 2025 for my total knee replacement surgery recovery, I called after hours and left a message. The receptionist made a couple of follow-up phone calls to oblige my request . I feel that was extraordinary and way above and beyond the call of duty. I am very grateful for their attentiveness. All of the therapist, Dewang, Jonathan, Maira, Yasmin all have their PT, DPT respectfully, as well as Priyanka the Clinical Director who is also hands on and has a MS, PT, DPT as well. This crew work collaboratively to cheer you on with the spirit and clapping of Applebees singing happy birthday. In fact every time l increased in my degree of bending, I bought the staff a cake that represented my accomplishment, needless to say .... they all cheered . They're always so radiant, friendly, laughing heartily, and easy to talk to, and I looked forward to coming in and seeing their smiling faces every Monday , Wednesday and Friday. These young therapist are always so personable, positive, cheerful, and friendly from the minute I walk in until the minute I leave. They always make me feel comfortable and welcome. They're very conscientious, professional and helpful about everything they do for me and my treatment as well as being one step ahead especially with setting up appointments. They're always smiling, upbeat , easy to talk with and a good sense of humor. My initial therapist Dewang was very thorough and knowledgeable when I came in for my evaluation and went over everything imaginable to meet my goal. His professionalism and expert knowledge about the complete body made me feel very comfortable that I was going to get the best treatment available. His diagnosis of what he was going to do accordingly with my operation was right on target based on his knowledge and professional experience, even before getting my prescription from HSS. He always seem to care about what I have to say, listen very intently to what I say and how I'm feeling, and make me feel that it really is important what I say, even to the point of basing some of the treatment on that. He never makes me feel like I am clueless. Jonathan was one of the well educated therapist that I initially also saw. He furthermore answered every question and concern of mine with total honesty, complete thoroughness, and talked to me in language that is informative and completely understandable to someone not up to date on medical terminology . If I don't understand something or aren't sure of it. He always took time to re-explain it or show me physically to make it more concise. He also gave me some easy exercises to do at home that increased my confidence and range of motion. I would definitely and emphatically recommend Professional Physical Therapy , Secaucus to everyone who needs to go through a physical therapy program. You are in Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) Rehabilitation National Network and this staff is definitely top-notch, actually really care about show genuine concern for their patients, plus a lot of fun to be around ."
