"I've seen Dr. Apostolo twice in the last 2.5 years with a finger injury and a broken ankle. I was beyond impressed by the front office staff. They worked hard to get me a same day appointment on both occasions. That speaks volumes to the level of care this practice embodies. In the office, all members of the staff are extremely kind and courteous. Dr. Apostolo himself has a wonderful bedside manner! He always answers my questions thoroughly and addresses all aspects of healing and recovery. If I'm fortunate, it'll be a while before I need an orthopedic dr. But, when that day comes, I know who to call."

"My first office visit upon meeting this doctor was the worst I have experienced in a very very long time. The staff were excellent in every sense of the word excellent. I sat for a hour waiting to be seen by the doctor, I asked the staff representative did they have any idea of when I would be seen. The staff went in the back to find out and was very apologetic about the wait time. Upon meeting the doctor he was very rude never letting me finish a conversation about what I was trying to tell him and questions I had to ask him. He continuously cut off every one of my conversations. He has the worst bedside manner I have experienced in a very very long time. All of the doctors I have are awesome. So this experience was very appalling to say the least. I can't speak on his surgical skills because I will not be returning to him and will definitely notify my PCP to let her know of the bad first time experience and could she please give me another and different referral. I refuse to allow any monies of mine or my healthcare to come through his office. His demeanor affects his whole staff. I was very embarrassed for them to be working with a doctor who treats a patient this way. I felt like a number and not like a patient. Also I felt I was very rushed the whole time even during me leaving his office. I was still talking as he was going in another patients room."

"Positive experience, start to finish. Dr Apostolo took plenty of time with me to evaluate my hand pain. He recommended surgery but didn't push, saying I would know when I needed it. He was absolutely right, and when I got to that point, everything came together very quickly. He did a great job telling me what would happen, and the followup has been great. Highly recommend"

"What a fantastic doctor! I've seen him on two different occasions and both times he was professional, caring and so knowledgeable! My first visit, about 8 months ago, was for a cyst on my finger. After having my hand X-rayed he met with me and removed the cyst. He told me there was a chance it would come back but it hasn't! So when my ring finger started to trigger who did I go see? The best hand doctor ever! They again X-rayed my hand and then I met with Dr Apostolo. He performed a procedure for me right then and there! It was amazing and my finger is back to its normal self - no trigger finger!!! I can't say enough great things about this knowledgeable doctor and his amazing staff! From the minute you walk into the office, to having X-rays performed, to meeting with Dr Apostolo, to scheduling a possible follow up you feel like you are an important person to them! Thank you Dr Apostolo and your wonderful staff for all you do for your patients!!"

"I just left Dr. Apostolo's office - in a single visit they did an X-ray, evaluation, and surgical procedure to alleviate trigger-finger in my ring finger. The service was outstanding - great office, everyone was helpful and friendly. Dr. Apostolo is a brilliant surgeon - he performed surgery on two other fingers years ago, and they have been 100% since then. It was why I returned for this new issue. "I waited months for this appointment, completed MRIs, and came in desperate for help with ongoing pain. Instead of care, I was treated with dismissal and disrespect. The doctor barely looked at me, rushed through the visit, and twice in less than five minutes accused me of "committing fraud" simply because I have Medicaid while also having a workers' comp case still open in California. I knew I had done nothing wrong, yet I had to beg him just to explain what I needed to do to be seen. He barely sat down to answer me. therefore, he ended up not treating me even though I had waited nearly 2 hours to be seen. What made this worse was the clear difference in how he treated others. I watched him be patient, kind, and thorough with the older white patients ahead of me. With me, a young Black woman who is also neurodivergent and struggles with anxiety, he was cold, dismissive, and accusatory. I left feeling humiliated, ignored, and still without care. Patients deserve compassion and equal treatment -- not to be rushed, disregarded, and accused. I will be reporting him to the state medical board for professional misconduct."

"Finding myself with several issues simultaneously I visited Dr Apostolo in December 2024. He repaired a basil joint in my rt thumb and consulted with me on a painful shoulder issue. He assured me he could repair the issue with success and he was right about that. There has been a rapid recuperation on that front. So far so good and then surgery number three, a partial knee replacement which is also coming along nicely. Got it all done in a 5 month window and am enjoying a tremendous relief from pain on 3 fronts. While full recovery times are close to a year or so"
