RUSH Physical Therapy - Wrigleyville FFC

"Rush PT is in a cramped little room in a huge gym. When my therapist wants me to warm up,she sends me upstairs, in that great big gym. I walk two flights up and choose a bike on a row, to go through my warm-up routine. I run back down to continue my prescribed exercises. Michelle works with a few patients,one after the other. She focuses on their individual needs. She also trust that her instructions can be easily followed on our own. I follow the exercise program in my app. Michelle reads the notes I make in the app so it helps her to make adjustments to my routine. My only complaint is with PT math. It's always in threes times ten I'm 73. I can handle 5s times nothing. And they know when you try to get away with doing just five. My legs and back feel stronger and my balance has improved greatly."

"Therapy was hugely helpful to improving my runner's knee. Unfortunately, I did not understand the payment structure between my insurance and the per session payments. As a result, I received a bill about 2 months after my sessions ended that was significantly higher than what I thought I was paying. I wish the full cost was explained as it would have impacted how often and for how long I received treatment."
