"Paolo gets 5 stars as one of the best PTs I've worked with. He is kind, professional, has great hands and is super up to date on the literature. This practice gets 2 stars for canceling visits 3 weeks in a row (I understand it was Passover, but I was only informed the week before my session 4/1 was cancelled, 4/8 was also cancelled with more notice) and cancelling a total of 4 visits in the last two months. I unfortunately only have one day available to see a PT, Wednesdays and they are not open on the weekend. The one PT at this office has been reassigned to their other practice 3 weeks in a row now, which means no PT for me for a month and a significant setback in my recovery As a healthcare provider myself, I cannot recommend a practice that routinely cancels on patients."
