"Physical therapists are great. Doctor is a bit full of himself and front desk staff are most unhelpful. Made me wait 2 days for a note for work, and then wouldn't give me the note. "The doctor's very busy, have a seat and we should get to it". For a signature or a stamp on a note I need for work tomorrow morning.... Really?????"

"A real tragedy, the service treats the patient as a necessary evil as a punishment. You have an appointment for a specific hour in the middle of the day but no one respects it and thinks that the world revolves around them. I moved from another clinic because of my place of residence to be closer to work, after the first visit I returned from Brooklyn to Long Island. I have been rehabilitated in another facility for over 1.5 months, I am moving here with a full history and MRI results And at the first visit I get information that the doctor has to refer me for MRI. I say that it is in the documents, I really did not read it. I have been after a serious car accident, it is mid-December, I get an answer that pain management will not be available until mid-January because of the holidays... I understand that the health service does not work on holidays and people can suffer. So I went to the first physiotherapy where I am able but I have a huge pain. 10 arm swings 10 ball squeezes plus some other exercise and that's it, please lie down, they put some hot material to warm up my muscles for 15 minutes and that's it, I'm going home! At this rate I'll end up in the hospital before I'm cured. TRAGEDY! When I told them this I got the answer if you don't like it, please change offices."

"I've had the misfortune of visiting the one on Ralph avenue and they are unable to maintain scheduled appointments - Don't expect them to be on time or honor the appointments you make. You will chronically wait due to the lack of professionalism of the doctors. To be clear - the staff is very friendly and eager to help. They don't seem to be the issue. It's just the doctors here fail to have a grasp on their schedules and are chronically running an hour or so late for the scheduled appointments despite the fact that you WILL be called a dozen times to confirm over and over again. The question you need to ask is if your doctor can't read or adhere to a schedule what kind of service will they be able to provide?"
