"My husband was treated here and the physical therapy team was excellent. There was a nurse and 2 CNA's who were extraordinary. Also the front desk staff (with one exception) was professional and helpful. But other than that I have nothing positive to say about this facility. My husband is an oxygen patient and the first day he was there his oxygen was disconnected for almost 30 minutes. His dietary needs were not met even after meeting with the dietician. The place is seriously understaffed, he often buzzed for a nurse and waited anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour before anyone responded. He ended up having to be transferred to the hospital due to medical conditions that were overlooked and that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I'm glad he's out of there and if I had to do it again I never would have dealt with this facility in the first place. I would not recommend sending your loved ones there."
"I have been here for a year and seven months and I'm going to miss some of these people when I get my place. You may have your one or two but 98% of the workers here are great and I love them. And I don't pass the word around too easy so if I say I love you then you made me feel loved and I mean it. They take good care of me."
"My mother was admitted January of this year. This was out first experience with a long term care facility. There were issues regarding her care during the first couple months, however, once the issues were brought to the attention of management the issues were resolved. The staff on 2 North is professional, empathetic, and caring. The facility is under new management and are implementing change that strives for excellent patient care. When issues occur management is quick to resolve. I appreciate the care my mother is receiving."
"This is one of the worse nursing homes I've ever seen. The staff simply don't care. My love ones cell phone was stolen, his clothes are missing. When you ask the staff anything the most common answer is either , I don't know or I wasn't here. I wouldn't recommend a dog stay at this facility. I visited one day during the shift change ( never again) a fight almost broke out in the rear parking lot between two staff personnel. This place is horrible."
"Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! My grandmother was here for rehabilitation after a stroke everything seemed well at the beginning but a few months later my mom started to see certain things which was addressed and they act as if it would be handled. My grandmother ended up not responding and was taking to a hospital. They noticed bed sores, dehydration, and had a urine infection for a long time which shut her system down. Also needed a blood transfusion. I do not recommend anyone to send there love ones to this facility at all."
"This place is absolutely the worse. My mother was not properly taken care of there. They was not trying to feed her the right type of diet. Her health deteriorated there after a few days and was not able to move her legs. They shipped her out and lied to say she refuse to eat or drink. Please DO NOT send your love ones here by all means."
"This facility is absolutely horrible. The staff here barely do their jobs and have attitudes when you ask questions. My advice is not to send your family here. A good friend of mine is in this facility. I visit him regularly during the week and each time he has to wait up to four hours to be changed by the staff. It is also a very dirty place!!"
"Loved the residents while working here but this facility is always short of staff, 3 CNAS sometimes 4 on the floor meaning 16-20 residents each which is a major issue. CNAs over worked everyday and management and nurses only show favoritism towards each other. Save your money and not place your loved ones here and never work here."
