"If I were permitted to assign no stars, I would do so without hesitation, as I was compelled to select one to complete this review. The receptionist, whom I believe to be the doctor, exhibited extremely rude and unprofessional conduct towards my grandmother during the appointment scheduling process. When we attempted to cancel her appointment, he responded with a dismissive "whatever" and promptly hung up. This behavior was highly inappropriate and I would strongly advise against seeking their services."
