"I accompanied my mother this morning for her 9:40 AM appointment. I was told by Dr. Brennan's receptionist Maria, that she would call me in to enter the office due to COVID protocols, I was not allowed to wait in the waiting area with my mother. After 48 minutes of waiting outside, I knocked on the office door and was told she was too busy to let me in. Maria is extremely rude and unprofessional, which is one of the reasons I accompanied my mother for her appointment today. In addition, Dr. Brennan will be retiring soon, so I wanted to ensure a smooth transition and referral process for my mother, who has been seeing Dr. Brennan for over a decade. I wasted 2 hours of my morning, Maria not only me unattended outside for over 45 minutes, when I knocked and waited for her she told me I could not speak with Dr. Brennan. My mother saw Dr. Brennan but was not happy with service and hasn't been for months. After today's visit, I can see why. Maria knows nothing about common courtesy or customer service."
