After surgery she visited me in the hospital 3 different times including on a Sunday. My first post-op visit went great! Dr. Connor was pleased with the X-rays that excellent tech "America" took. "On September 18th, I was there for a check up with my husband. My appointment was with Chayla Bonelli. She was very rude when I tried to explain my shoulder pain. She was insisting on doing therapies and MRI on my neck. I do not have any neck pain. Then my husband tried to explain and she got upset and told my husband to not to talk to her. Then she got up and left. She refused to see me again and told the secretary that I am not her patient anymore. She did not even wanna recommend another doctor. Chayla Bonelli's was unprofessional and disrespectful. I am beyond disapointed."
