"Made an appointment over the phone. Provided the insurance information which typically offices lookup the insurance to verify. I drive 45 minutes in traffic, arrive there only to be told they don't take my insurance. Called my wife who sent over the primary insurance card. Front office REFUSED to even look at it, stating the other insurance won't even pay. The two women up front clearly have no understanding of coordination of benefit. My husband has a primary and secondary insurance plan. Them denying the secondary doesn't mean the primary insurance which is a PPO insurance that per your website and the insurance portal accepts. I called in just now to have this conversation so I didn't have to write a review, but that woman put me on mute after I explained everything and said nothing. I do not recommend this place."

"Really 100 STARS as I now have my life back. Dr. Siram performed a very complicated hip revision on my left hip on May 12. After 9 weeks I was back teaching several yoga classes and water exercise classes I did not know I would be able to do again.
