"Despite the bad weather and some personal inconveniences I made the responsible decision to attend my appointment with Dr. Christine Corradino at Hudson Orthopedic,at the Secaucus office. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:30 a.m.appointment and did not cancel at the last minute. After almost two hours of waiting, the receptionist informed me that they do not accept my insurance, even though the appointment had been scheduled almost a month in advance, I had previously been told that my insurance was accepted, and I had already completed the online registration including my insurance information. The lack of organization and empathy is evident. I lost valuable time and a full workday, and considering that many patients seek care due to physical pain, this is unacceptable. A simple phone call days in advance could have prevented this situation. I even asked for the out-of-pocket cost of the consultation so I could pay privately, and the receptionist was unable to provide a price. The only answer I received was "it depends", without offering any alternatives. I do not recommend this office. The experience gives the impression that insurance is valued more than the patient, which demonstrates a lack of vocation toward healthcare and the well-being of others."

Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, Dr. Corradino was very pleasant, very engaging and informative!
