"I was turned on to Back and Body by a friend I work with. We're on our feet all day every day and when he told me how messed up his back is I couldn't believe he could walk. I made an appointment right away for my knees and I've been going regularly since. I always get a warm welcome and Michaela (sp?) gives me acupuncture (she's super nice). Then Maria comes in, loosens up my knee and stretches my leg out. I walk out ten years younger, though I sometimes feel the burn a day after a strengthening session, but hey that's weakness leaving the body. Can't say enough about this outfit. You should go. Just don't tell too many people, I want to be able to schedule my weeklies."

Everyone is exceptional at their job and i always feel comfortable and in good hands (literally). They have addressed many issues with my body and i have felt no pain flare ups in an ongoing issue I've had with my back for so long! Making an appointment is super easy and you always receive a confirmation text which is such a great touch for a forgetful person like me. My job requires a lot of physical work and any time someone mentions an injury or ache, i never hesitate to suggest Back and Body!"
