"My experience with Dr. Danziger was great. I certainly trust his experience and judgment. Here's my unhappiness: I was taken from the waiting room to an office by "Brian" as told by his polo shirt, but he never introduced himself or said how he is related to my visit; I had to ask. Dr. Danzinger had two, I guess, assistants in the consultation and never introduced them and their roles, not even to say, "and here are my assistants who will be taking notes or observing or whatever." Patients deserve to know the name and role of anyone working with them. The only person who introduced himself and his role was the X-ray tech."
