"Chiropractor 1st time visit tips: try to come 15 minutes early to complete family history paper work. Eat something & take your best pain killer. Rub yourself down with muscle rub and pray! Dr. Scott Fladland is gentle, kind & humorous. Somewhat like that welcoming Teddy bear outside his suite. Expect to sit, lay down, have pelvis elevated, legs stretched & back pressed in by Doc. It is somewhat painful but I gradually felt better after each treatment. Dr. Fladland & Taran listen to you. Along with the soothing tunes of 93.9FM & the dim lights they've created a calm, healing environment. I really appreciated the heating pads, electric shocks and massage thingamajig. Overall my 1st chiropractor experience was a really nice one. I recommend you go to Dr. Fladland!"
