"During our first visit, nothing was done. We were advised to purchase a package of sessions. If any action were taken and progress were made, we would gladly subscribe for life. But subscribing without anything being done is a complete scam. Be careful."
"While my experience with the quality of their adjustments has been excellent, be wary about purchasing the 10 or 20 visit packages they will try to sell you. While they expire in 1-year, the staff will tell you their policy is lenient and flexible, and will work to ensure you do not get cut-off in time of need. However, I've come to learn that was not the case, as I've lost nearly half of my visits at their River Edge location. While their chiropractors are top-notch, the same cannot be said about how they sell their services. Only buy the amount of visits you need and don't let them try to upsell you."
