She is not an ordinary chiropractor. She is evidence based in her practice and does implement traditional "joint cracking" care. She does a lot of manual deep tissue work, and prescribes exercises just like a physical therapist would."

"I had an incredible experience with Dr. Caitlin Painchaud. After a motor vehicle accident in October, I was dealing with a lot of pain and tightness in my back and neck. Dr. Painchaud took the time to listen to my concerns and performed a thorough evaluation before starting the treatment. "Extremely frustrated that this office places financial objective before patient's best interest. This is absolute fraud!! No billing transparency, keeps auto charging your card. Be very aware for busy professionals who do not have time to call and leave many many voice mails to their billing department to have someone call back to you. The online portal sucks. Without any past invoice you can see what you've paid. I've billed for double visits...I will bring these to the state attorney general's office for these practices that hurt consumers. Very difficult to change/cancel appointments...front desk not as responsive. Also they like to book reoccurring appointments. If you didn't have time to call their number multiple times a day...you missed the appointment, there is the fee charge. Not good. I spent over $1,500 on a minor muscle issue, the pain is still there until I strongly argued for an MRI. Not good. Money before caring for patient. More about this: for a small matter of my hand wrist when I visited Rush Hospital for a real Ortho, I only paid out of pocket for less than $40 medicine. However, this is not until I had to stay with Dr. Painchaud for over 2-months and paid over $2,000 out of pocket, then she gave me a referral to Rush Hospital. Dr. Painchaud denied my opportunity for getting early diagnose and treatment due to her financial concern, to make more money on the patient. This is unbelievable bad practice. Once I even told her my wrist is visibly swollen. She said: this is just due to your asymmetrical built...ridiculous. All be aware of the medical expense trap they set for you."

"If you are tired of living with pain, then you MUST give the staff at AMH a try! I have intermittent lower back pain and nerve discomfort. My journey with AMH has been stellar from start to finish. I am a client of the River North Clinic on Superior. The clinic manager, Nassiya, is delightful and has gone above and beyond helping me with insurance and billing questions. She is efficient and very responsive. Dr. Painchaud (physician) did my initial exam. She helped me relax with her friendly and positive attitude. I received a very thorough exam filled with questions and diagnostic tests. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Painchaud took the time to get to know me and my condition. Afterwards, she explained clearly her medical opinion on my condition and then (most importantly) came up with an action plan to get me feeling better. I have complete confidence in her expertise and decided to follow her recommendation of chiropractic adjustments and PT. Finally, i met Jay, the rehab specialist. He is a fun guy with a great sense of humor. He has been showing me different exercises and movements to practice at home. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive during our sessions together. He welcomes questions and enjoys educating you on why you are doing what you are doing. I am "over the moon" on the progress that I have made in a relatively short period of time. I even experienced a complete day free of pain!!!! Dr. Painchaud had the right diagnosis and plan for me to feel better quickly. Her adjustments leave me feeling immediately lighter and better. The improvements I have made with Jay's help are also seen very quickly. I highly recommend these AMH professionals and thank them. I am very grateful for their help and support."
