"I had a scheduled appointment with a doctor I had seen before. However, when I arrived, a different doctor came in to treat me without any notice. He only treated me briefly (not more than 5 minutes) and then told me to come back in two days. When I asked for the reason, he said it was because I hadn't had chiropractic treatment for a long time and needed more sessions. I mentioned that I had seen a different doctor at a different location, but he seemed upset that I questioned the treatment. When I left, I asked the receptionist why they hadn't informed me about the change in doctors. She was surprised about my question and explained that for returning patients, they didn't consider it a problem. To top it off, the doctor spoke about me in Polish, unaware that I could understand the language. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and felt like a waste of money."
