"Terrible staff , no manners! It'sa pain clinic and they aren't nice . The Attitude is everything and it clearly shows by the way the talk to you. After I realized I decided to take control of the course of my condition to take action and find another doctor Also they wouldn't cooperate by giving me my referral /paperwork that I provided from the doctor that referred me. The lady stated you're calling here because you want to go to another doctor and you want me to do all of this stuff for you and I said yes because it's mine finally she agreed to do it but she never sent it do not go here steer clear of this place even the doctor the look on his face was concerning and contributed to my condition by aging unnecessary stress to my situation. It's clear they all do not have consideration"
