"I really hate giving poor reviews but I felt like others needed to know about my experience. I went to my first appointment yesterday and decided I'm never coming back. The facility is FILTHY! The table they had me lay on had clearly not been cleaned after the last person used it. They did put on a new piece of paper and a new pillowcase but they did not wipe down the pillow. I went to get a wipe out of the Clorox containers in the room but realized they had been used for sharps and there were no wipes there. I wouldn't have laid down at all if I didn't have my own disinfecting wipes on hand. The foam roller they put under my bare ankles was originally white but was black around the edges. There was a thick layer of dust on the floors along every wall and under the table. There was no physical examination, no exercises, and no manipulation of the problem area. All they did was hook me up to an ancient machine that shocked me for 20 mins, offered me more machine-delivered therapy at an upcharge, then had me schedule my next appointment. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the young woman at the desk was sweet and professional. With my insurance, I don't have a lot of options but I'd rather drive further and wait longer for therapy than step foot in that place ever again!"
