Recommending that someone with a pinched nerve who cannot walk or even sit on a toilet should lift up to 20 pounds shows a dangerous lack of knowledge and concern. His practice feels driven by profit, not patient care. I would not recommend this doctor."

"The first visit gave me many doubts about the doctor but I have trouble trusting medical professionals as my health complications are very rare combination of things. I felt doubted and went through 10 days of high anxiety. Please don't take that as a reflection of the doctor because he was just being thorough. As I stated my circumstances are very rare... I saw him 10 days later and I a good deal of my anxiety is now relieved as he has taken measures to be sure that I am doing my part as a patient and that I was being honest and forthright with him about my health complications. He has done due diligence as have I because with my health complications being so rare I always have to. Not many doctors work with patients who have complications like mine and sometimes I forget that. He has to take precautions for himself and myselves as his patient to treat my complications as thoroughly and safely as one can. I also have been dealing with my complications for most of my life and he hasn't so to be fair he is indeed a very good and thorough doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and safe doctor to manage their Spine and pain suffering. So if you go and feel like you aren't getting a fair shot trust me when I tell you what he is saying is important and if you follow through on what he asks of you and you are open and honest with him he will be a very effective doctor for your treatment. "Dr. Ghauri was my Doctor for at least 4 years while I lived in northern Virginia. He is a very responsible pain management physician who has a kind and caring bedside manner. If you're just looking for pain meds, go elsewhere. If you're looking to manage your pain by a doctor who makes effort to only prescribe what is necessary you're in good hands. I'm proud to say that he effectively managed my pain with steroid injections, PRP, nerve burning, and with pain meds for years without me getting addicted to opioids. As a result, they work very well when I'm in severe pain and need them to function. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making me feel comfortable all of those years."

"Not happy with my treatment. I was referred from an orthopedic to see him because he didn't treat pain. I've been having spasms in my lower back, neck and thigh since June 8th 2020. I went and got a MRI and doctor basically didn't see anything wrong with my back. Has me watch a video and gives me a medication I've stated I didn't like because it didn't work for me when I tore my rotary cuff and I get it anyway from pharmacy. I called to let him know and he was very rude when I told him about the pain I was having and that the medication he prescribed doesn't work and that I know my pain tolerance. He was rude when I said Thank you for your time and hung up on me where you heard phone slam. I don't have to give you my time or business. Dr. Ghauri was very insensitive and I will not recommend nor seek treatment from you ever again and any other doctor that thinks my pain is invalid."
