"I'm 71 years old with spinal stenosis! I was in 2 car accidents in 2023 ! My primary care Doctor recommended physical therapy it seem to ease the pain for a short time, however the discomfort was still there! In the Summer of 2025, I was experiencing excruciating pain to point when I would breath in and out or move the pain would shoot across my back and down my leg! It was horrible! My primary doctor suggested I go back to Physical therapy.
