"I am extremely saddened to see the quality of care drastically dip throughout my time as a patient of Dr. Zeitler's. At first he was very attentive and understanding of the issues I have with my back and neck, however, recently I had returned to him for additional care and am extremely disappointed, annoyed, and frustrated after each and every visit. For starters, almost every time I show up to the office I have to wait over 20-25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, more often then not Dr. Zeitler will call back the patient that was before me after my appointment time was already supposed to begin. By the time I was finally brought back to his room to be worked on, I felt extremely rushed through every visit. Once he was done working on me, he was rather too quick to stand up and head to the door grab the next patient who was also most likely waiting well past their appointment start time. While I understand that most adjustments do not take very long, he barely took the time to evaluate how I was doing, or would rush through the stretches I should be continuing at home. Overall, I feel that Zeitler does care about his patients to some extent, however it has become apparent to me that his main focus appears to be servicing as many patients as possible in a given time frame regardless of the quality of care needed."
