"I usually don't write negative reviews, but I got very upset after my experience with this office. I had waited for this appointment because I needed to address an urgent issue, but it seems this office really doesn't care about patients. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m. I called at 2:50 to let them know I was running about 10 minutes late due to terrible weather and traffic. Instead of understanding, I was told in an annoyed voice not to bother coming because "we've been waiting for you," even though I still had time before my appointment. I completely understand that offices have schedules, but the tone and lack of empathy were unacceptable, especially when I did the responsible thing by calling ahead. I won't be returning and hope the office takes this as feedback to treat patients with more respect and understanding."

"I rarely write reviews, but I was very disappointed with this clinic. I called them and confirmed that I could make an appointment. They scheduled me for physiotherapy and asked for my insurance details and year of birth, telling me to come at 4:00 PM. I left work and arrived at that time, but the woman at the reception desk told me they couldn't see me because their doctors had left. How can they be so irresponsible? Be careful when making appointments with them"
