"I would like to clearly express how I felt during our recent consultation. I experienced discomfort and embarrassment when, while explaining my medical history, Doctor Donald Duff , commented, "What does this have to do with Workers Comp?" I found this remark inappropriate and discouraging, especially since this event occurred years ago and was recognized by other physicians as relevant to my work history. Additionally, I felt that my pain, swelling, and functional limitations were not fully considered, and that the discussion focused more on administrative aspects than the comprehensive medical evaluation I needed. This caused significant emotional distress and the sense that I was not being heard. For these reasons, I believe it is necessary to perform additional studies, such as an MRI, and to evaluate all management options beyond temporary pain relief, in order to fully understand my condition and plan appropriate treatment."

Then sent my medication to a pharmacy not in my chart. And that happened 4 days later now it's wait again. Never returning. Incompetence and lax attitudes towards patients needs"

"I'll admit, I was a little hesitant walking into the Orthopaedic Institute of Great Neck because of some reviews I had read online. This was also my first time breaking a bone, and I needed care urgently, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, every single person we encountered was friendly, informed, and genuinely caring. The front desk was helpful and efficient, the wait for the doctor was less than 15 minutes (just enough time to finish paperwork), and every member of the medical team--from the physician, physician assistant, and nurse to the gentleman who fitted me for my boot--treated me with kindness and professionalism. I also needed a CT scan, which could have been stressful, but it was handled seamlessly. I went next door, was accommodated immediately, and the entire process--from check-in to scan to results--was completed within the hour. My instructions and follow-up were clearly explained before I left. Honestly, it was a wonderful experience, and I left feeling extremely well cared for. I want to thank everyone at the Institute and the Imaging Center for turning what could have been a stressful, overwhelming situation into such a positive one. A note to future patients: Be mindful of reviews. Experiences vary, and sometimes things online don't reflect reality. Mine was excellent, and I am truly grateful."
