"I came in hoping to leave relaxed. My massage therapist, NeeNee, was kind and used decent pressure. Unfortunately, the overall experience was undermined by the environment and the front desk service. The moment my session ended, the front desk attendant came into the area, opened the curtain, and told me they were "very busy," then asked how long I would be while I was still getting dressed. It felt rushed and uncomfortable. On top of that, the details that create a relaxing atmosphere were noticeably off: the table coverings aren't fresh, I'm not even certain they change them in between guests, the bathroom was out of paper towels, and small things to boost the ambiance are nonexistent. I left feeling more unsettled than relaxed. To make matters worse, the pricing was higher than what was listed online. Between the lack of courtesy, the missing basics, and the rushed checkout, I won't be returning--and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone genuinely seeking a pleasant experience."

"I have been going to Asian Healing Spa for years and visited them last night and by far. It was the most disappointing visit for the following reasons: I scheduled my appointment around 2 PM same day for 6:30 PM massage for one hour, requested one of the three rooms in the front versus the sketchy ones in the back, the gentleman on the phone says yes that would not be a problem. Upon arriving on time for my appointment, I was then escorted by the manager/owner to one of the Rooms in the back and stopped her and told her I requested the one in the front and she went to the guy at the front desk and asked him and came back to me and said you can have one of the front but you will need to wait 30 minutes, meanwhile, I already secured my appointment for 6:30 PM. I was not going to wait another 30 minutes....... not sure what the heck happened there! Come to find out the owner/manager is the one who was going to give me my massage, not sure what that was all about, or were they short on therapists as I've never had her ever before and she was not great...... just going through the motions...... About 15 - 20 minutes into my massage I hear her talking to another therapist in her language, which is rude to begin with, who came in for her shift come to find out they had switched therapists on me and the new one had freezing cold hands, touching my warm body and she said "I'm so sorry my hands are so cold!" ...... who does that!? SHe just arrived so either you were late or the owner/ manager didn't want to massage me anymore, irritating to have two different people work on you with no communication anddddddd cold hands to say the least...... While the second massage therapist was a lot better she did not last long as the owner/manager was the one to come back and finish my massage. Feeling like a valued client (so I thought! ) after going there for so many years, I was extremely disappointed in my visit! At times, it feels like the customer is doing them a favor.......horrible! You are providing a service and we are putting money in your pockets!!! Without us there would be no you!!! After receiving such mediocre service, I felt like I was wasted my money. Will I ever go back, or refer them to Friends and Family again , time will tell....... In the meantime people, just be cautious ...... if you're in the market for bad customer service, I recommend going, otherwise........"

"I was visiting Columbia and had a stress headache and in general my body was way off. The masseuse gave a thorough overall massage and found the spots that needed work to completely relieve my aches. If I lived in the area I'd likely go at least monthly. Yes this place is not fancy but this is a good place to go for those who recognize that getting massages is health care and the cash discount is very reasonable."

"Amazing massages, I fell asleep and 60 mins felt like ages. Super relaxed, will come back again! Special prices if you pay in cash but I didn't bring any today, will definitely do that next time. I got 30 mins scalp, 30 mins body (both for $85) and add on of foot scrub and aromatherapy for $10 and $5. Total was $100 so that price was unbeatable! Lisa was my massage therapist and she was so sweet!"

"I really wanted to like this place because of how convenient and affordable it is. My expectations weren't that high to begin with based on the price, lack of ambiance, and language barrier. However, I've been here several times with my partner, and finally gave up after they messed up our intake forms multiple times: 1- The first time, the masseuses switched our intake forms (where you indicate focus areas, injuries, etc) and gave me a massage based on my partner's form instead. 2- On a later visit, my masseuse started almost 10 minutes late while my partner's masseuse started on time. Then both masseuses ended the massage at the same time despite both of us booking 1-hr massages. They still charged me for the full hour and expected normal tip. 3- The most recent time, I specifically indicated on my intake form that I did not want my wrists massaged due to injury. The masseuse somehow misread it and thought I wanted extra wrist massage and started twisting and pulling my wrist. My partner's masseuse noticed and yelled at him, and he apologized profusely. I understand mistakes happen, but they need to do better at reading people's intake forms or they will injure you even worse."

"1st time review, would not come back or recommend to anyone. Pricing is good (if you pay in cash), but the experience is not whatsoever. The aura was mot pleasant whatsoever. I could hear people drinking, using the bathroom, talking and more throughout the ENTIRE experience. . . The level of cleanliness in comparison to that of other massage organizations we've been to was just bad. We thought about leaving upon seeing our "room" which were just curtains. But we wanted to give it a chance... we paid and tipped for both to one person and still got pressed for another tip. All in all, just get your partner or friend to massage you if you come here. Very disappointed."
