"Connecticut Orthopedics The place is good. While the wait time was reasonable, my overall experience with Provider:Jenna A Bernstein, MD was very disappointing. From the moment I entered the room, I felt unwelcome. Her demeanor was cold, and she showed no empathy or genuine concern for what I was going through. Despite coming in with clear pain, she did not examine the affected area or ask thoughtful questions about my symptoms. It felt like I was being brushed off rather than cared for. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion and respect especially when they're in pain. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. I cannot recommend Dr. Jenna A Bernstein based on this experience and hope she considers how her approach affects the ALL PEOPLE who trust her for care. D"
