"My first time getting acupuncture and I had a great experience here with Brooke. Cindy welcomed me and she was just a ray of sunshine. The atmosphere was clean, quiet and relaxing (I fell in and out of sleep during my session, lol). About the acupuncture itself: it was more painful looking at her putting them in than the tiny needles going in themselves. Once inserted, they didn't hurt or anything. The ones by my ankles sent a burning sensation in my muscle when I tried to move it, so I don't think you're supposed to move that much. Other than that, I didn't really feel much. I will say that it was really relaxing though, I didn't realize each time I fell asleep. Just knew I woke up a couple times during the 30 minutes they were in. They met my expectations and I'll be coming back for additional services. This first round of acupuncture cost $235 and even though they accept insurance, mine doesn't cover it. (Ugh!!)...Of course it'll take more visits to start feeling the benefits but they also have what they call "community" sessions which are less expensive. Overall, I'm happy I went and happy to recommend them if you're looking for a legit place to get acupuncture therapy."

" Great First Visit! My first visit to Complete Care Acupuncture and Wellness was fantastic. Booking was easy, and Mia called ahead to confirm and let me know about their First Friday promo--such a great deal! The space was clean and calming. Although I booked a community session, I had the room to myself. Brooke was amazing--I didn't feel a thing and was so relaxed I actually fell asleep. I came in stressed and left completely refreshed. "I feel so cared for! I have never tried acupuncture before. After having a hysterectomy six months ago, I was still experiencing a deep ache in my groin/hip area. I spoke to my doctor and my surgeon. I went to pelvic floor therapy twice a week for two months. I went for a pain management consultation (decided against it). As a last ditch effort, I tried acupuncture. From the beginning, I felt heard. From the office manager Mia, who walked me through the insurance paperwork to comforting me by her own first experience with acupuncture....to my first meeting with Thomas. I felt heard. I felt seen. At first I thought it was psychological, but a spot in my back still had pain. Thomas said we'd make adjustment as we went along and we did. I've been with Complete Care for about a month and a half. I feel like my body is returning to a level of wellness I haven't felt in years! I don't wake up with my side hurting anymore! I could cry just thinking about it. Chronic pain for years and with the help of acupuncture, I am fully functioning. If you're questioning acupuncture or where to go, I urge you to try it just once. These professionals put their clients first. Thomas even said that if he wasn't available and I needed treatment, that any specialist could assist. It's not about loyalty to the specialist, it's about prioritizing the treatment of the patient. So I did. I have seen Quan and Dr. Kim...both were amazing. Dr. Kim just radiated warmth. Thomas is my guy. He listens and depending on what I share about my physical health or my mental/emotional state, he tweaks my care.
