"My experience at the Bronx Vein Treatment Clinic was absolutely brilliant! I had an allergy issue but Dr. Sethi planned an alternative treatment and couldn't have had better results. Their nursing team made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions with patience. The office is clean, welcoming, and they handled all the insurance paperwork for me. I did my own due diligence and confirmed with my insurance provider for treatments. I have worked retail for years, so long hours on my feet, by the end of the day my legs were just so heavy, and I would have multiple cramps during the night. All of that has disappeared. My treatments were during Christmas and I never missed a shift! Their patient coordinators leaves a lot to be desired. They do not listen to my availability. Consistently tell me one day only to show up at the office only to be told, I have the wrong day, extremely frustrating especially if you had to travel far. All in all I am extremely satisfied! Dr Gulshan Sethi is fantastic! Direct in treatment and charming bedside manner. The Vein Treatment Clinic would not be the same without him."
