"During my visit with Dr. W, I found the experience very disappointing. He spent almost the entire appointment focused on his computer, documenting notes and rarely making eye contact. He came across as disengaged, judgmental, unprofessional, and inattentive. Given his position as division chief, it seems he may feel insulated from accountability, but the lack of attention to patient care and lack of professionalism is concerning. Furthermore, after reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only one who has had this experience. Many patients have described similar concerns about his bedside manner. This pattern suggests a broader issue that should not be overlooked."
