"I came hear for a foot injury at first but informed Iman(the physical therapist) i was scheduled for total knee surgery in a few months. He told me no problem and to send my referral to him and he'll take care of the rest! Fast forward to one month in recovery and Johanni and Iman are like a breath of fresh air. Johanni greets you with a warm welcome and guides you through your routine. Iman tracks your progress and evaluates as he should. At first I thought I would get better as fast as I did but they made the difference also with me staying on track with therapy. They have a friend and client for life. Keep up the great work!!"

"Oh dear! My visit today here was so unfortunate. The receptionist wasn't rude, but couldn't care less about the job. You can feel a sort of passive aggressiveness energy to the place. Then the examination with the doctor was the worst. Not that you go to make friends at your PT but his attitude was zero empathic, cold and rude, he was rude asking the questions. I decided to let him know I wasn't feeling confortable and left. I mean, if you have a business that implies customer service you "must" have customer service skills or learn a way to provide service nicely. Specially if ppl are coming injured to your facility. I found Polaris PT just 1 block away and they took me right away. I'm very happy, the doctor is super kind, will recommend this one better in the area. They have all insurances and all staff its just amazing. "
