"I came to Nya after having 4 C-sections in 5 years.... with a lot of scar tissue restrictions, some bladder issues and overall need for pelvic therapy. First of all, her clinic does not look like some sterile medical center AT ALL. It is warm, inviting and resembles a spa-like feel...makes you immediately feel relaxed and at ease. I snapped a quick photo since I loved the setup. The treatment room is likewise very tranquil, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and comfortable. Also, covid precautions were very clear, with signage sanitizer and air filter. As for the first visit, Nya was so great at explaining in detail, but understandable simple terms, what she saw and what needed to be "fixed" first. She did a cupping technique and myofascial release to my abdominal/pelvic areas/c-section scar, which felt amazing. Her homework for me was simple, and integrated into my very busy life with little kids to care for. She gave me easy changes I could make to my everyday posture and daily routines, while explaining the significance of these recommendations. Can't recommend NYA enough, she is very skilled and knowledgeable, and super friendly/engaging. It was unlike any PT session I've everhad."

"Nya is a priestess sent from heaven. Please do not hesitate for one moment longer if you need some help. I was experiencing some low-level pelvic floor pain following a c-section and traumatic birth experience from six years ago that I allowed to linger. I didn't know what to do or who to ask for help! My experience with Nya, and the gorgeous and welcoming space she has created, was life-changing. I do not experience any more pain. I also went through a deep and soul-transforming healing process working with this brilliant woman. It was priceless. Please just call and get the help you need! "

"In just my first visit, Nya was able to help me better understand a problem 5+ doctors had not been able to help me with. She prescribed exercises and lifestyle changes which yielded positive results almost immediately. Her mastery in her field is evident in the way she explains the human body and the mechanics/benefits of her therapy routines. I left her office feeling much more confident and optimistic about my future health!"

"If you are looking for a physical therapist, look no further. I first came to Dr. Nya with deliberating back and pelvic pain and in a few short months she turned my life around. She provides a beautiful space, cares about her patients, and most importantly has a deep understanding of how the body works. Dr. Nya's unique and effective approach to healing through myofascial release, core strengthening, and traditional methods is exactly what I needed. I hope others will seek her out because I honestly believe she can do what I previously thought to be the impossible."

"I started seeing Nya earlier this year during a major pain crisis. Nya read my records, explained her course of treatment and within 6 weeks, my pain was manageable and surgery was off the table. Very clean and relaxing treatment areas. Nya is the ultimate professional and the methods that she uses addressed my full body...not just the targeted issue. I'd highly recommend Pilates PT if you're looking for relief from chronic pain."

"I have been seeing Dr. Nya at Pilates and Pelvic Floor Rehab since May 2021 due to a knee injury sustained April 2020. My knee was locked and I was using crutches for 8 months. I was previously referred to an Orthopedic Doctor, Rheumatologist and Physical Therapist by my Internal Medicine doctor where I was given basic, repetitive exercises that were not helpful. I knew I needed more. I came to Nya using a cane. 3 months later I have progressed so much thanks to the healing hands of Nya. I barely need my cane. It has been a very long journey to full recovery. I still have a long way to go due to loss of range of motion, weakened muscles and overall imbalances within my total body. I am fully confident from my experience thus far that Nya will help lead me to full recovery from these limitations. Nya has used many different techniques from Myofascial Release, Pilates Reformer, Manual Physical Therapy, strengthening exercises, basic functional exercises and so much more. Her skills seem limitless. Personality wise, Nya's very Zen-like demeanor is such a beautiful quality. She is extremely intuitive and instinctively knows what areas need to be worked on or what exercises may be needed during each individual session. Nya is very personable, providing you with just enough conversation, but remains focused on the task at hand. I love Nya's firm but positive attitude towards completing an exercise, especially when you want to give up. I am so happy to have found Dr. Nya at Pilates PT and Pelvic Floor Rehab. She has given me help and hope when I thought there was none. Glori"

"I loved my session with Nya. I saw her for pain in my wrist and thumb after a car accident where I broke my arm. In our session, she provided multiple styles of treatment (Graston, manual manipulation, and multiple exercises). It felt like a lot of effective treatment got done in a short time. The exercises she recommended were super helpful and challenging, leaving me feeling hopeful for progress strengthening and healing a persistent injury. Also, visiting her studio felt like a spa visit, both because of her beautiful space, top of the line equipment (e.g. a heated mat on the table and the pilates reformer) and her healing energy. Highly recommend!"
