"They work so hard and they are so patient and courteous. I was truly blessed by them. I had rotator cuff repair surgery and I am doing so much better than I hoped. My range of motion is way better and the physical therapy really helped me get where I needed to be. I really appreciate them and hope that others will express their appreciation as well. "All staff demonstrated excellent customer service. The therapist Lata was very caring and knowledgeable of the anatomy of the body. I had excruciating neck pain when I started but after the first 2 weeks I felt much improvements. It is very obvious that the well being and treamement success is the priority. Her assistant was also very personable. They work well together. I would definitely recommend this office to others."

"This place is an absolute nightmare. My wife scheduled her appointment here only after confirming with their incompetent reps three separate times that there would be no copays or deductibles under our insurance plan. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES, they assured us we wouldn't owe anything. At the appointment, she even handed them the insurance card in person, and they again confirmed everything was covered. Fast forward a YEAR later, and these crooks blindsided us with a $700 bill, claiming it was required by the insurance policy. Their sheer inability to get their story straight is outrageous. They blatantly contradicted their own statements, refused to offer any discount when we called them out, and showed zero accountability. The so-called "manager" is a complete joke for employing staff who are either too stupid to understand basic insurance procedures or too lazy to do their jobs properly. Either the manager failed to train their team, or they're just as clueless as the rest of them. Dealing with their customer service was like beating your head against a wall--endless hours wasted talking to people who couldn't answer the most basic questions. And when we escalated the issue, their managers were even worse. They couldn't explain why we were given false information in the first place. Instead, they just stuck to their script like robots and ambushed us with a ridiculous bill. Avoid this place and their shady sister sites like the plague unless you enjoy surprise charges, untrained staff, and the most infuriatingly incompetent service imaginable."
