"I had a very poor experience with my massage here. It was a 3pm appointment towards the end of the day. I can tell this lady was rushing. She was also frequently texting with one hand while doing random massage moves with her other hand. She was literally just rubbing my back, thus I knew she was distracted with other things. I could also hear all the noise just outside the room by the front door, so it was definitely not a relaxing experience. The bed kept making rocking noises with every massage move. It was such a terrible experience."

"Dr. Scott is fabulous! He knows his business & is able to find many options for relief of pain, tightness & any other issue you have with your body! I have intense pain in my neck and had been to many Doctors to find relief. Dr. Scott treated my neck with acupuncture & the relief was instant. X-rays were done the first day in their office & treatment started immediately. I injured my foot a year later & Dr. Scott was able to release the pain in ONE visit. "IPM New Lenox has been treating my back pain since 2018. Dr. Scott and his team truly care about making you better -- not just adding a patient for return visits. The reason for my issue was diagnosed and explained well and with some different treatments I was able to find relief. I continue to go for regular visits (every 3 weeks) to maintain the improvements they were able to make (no more waking up in pain!). Highly recommend this practice!"
