"Poor services I just came in to drop a package. I asked the lady in front where was OK to meet to drop off the package? She showed me where but I needed to take multiple pictures. She got upset. She took the package and threw it behind her desk. All mad about it like really this is the people you kinda hire here just sitting down on desk. Don't wanna do anything but be on their phones."
"My mother has been here for a year i absolutely hate it. I've been trying to get her out of here and they will not return my calls, i ask to speak with someone and they never come. I hate it. It not safe or healthy for anyone to live how these people live. The bathroom are horrible, it smells like urine in here every time i come."
"Everyone was cordial they had my fiance really dressed up cleaned up his room smelt really good. He just didn't like the food because it was pureed"
"This place is horrible I wouldn't leave a rock there because it will be mistreated so that tells how terrible this place is the staff is rude and shows no respect to anyone. The first day I took my love one there we had to ask where was his room which we were directed to the 2nd floor which looked and smelled like a 1970 tavern with loud music playing and nurses all over the desk who all started to say who were we and there wasn't a room for him but I decided not to leave him there anyway. I know people don't have any place to go but please don't go there take your chance and live outside. You will be safer. Oh it gets better when my family and I return back down stairs the Social Worker told he has a room for him on the first floor so we followed him to the room but I didn't want too but my husband was really tired and wanted to lay down so I said okay and the first was like you where in a totally different place. So just as we thought everything was okay here comes a nurse saying he can't stay in this room you would have thought she own that facility she was very unprofessional the Social Worker act as he was afraid of her and across the hall another nurse was actually using foul language towards a elderly patient sending her back too the 2nd floor as it was a punishment oh it gets better my son goes back upstairs to room 238 and comes back and actually picks his dad up and take him back to the car and said someone needs to come shut this place down the room 238 was dirty and the bed was on the floor. Oh and top it off its okay that they can smoke in the building I was a CNA for over 30yrs and worked my way up to a Nurse Manger until my health started going down. The reason why I'm sharing this information about myself because that's where the problem starts with if management doesn't value the patient and advocate for them and they facility why would you expect anything better from the staff. My fellow nurses come on we have to do better because one day this might be you or your love one's life. Chi-Town Girl(Nurse)"
"I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the negligence at this nursing home. My mother-in-law, who was admitted in stable condition, has now become almost unrecognizable due to severe weight loss. It is alarming to see how drastically her health has deteriorated under their care. This dramatic change in her appearance has caused us great distress, and we are left questioning the quality of care she is receiving. Communication with the nursing home has been consistently terrible. Reaching someone on the phone feels nearly impossible, and when we do manage to get through, updates on my mother-in-law's condition are either vague or nonexistent. We are constantly left in the dark about her well-being, which is unacceptable for a facility entrusted with the care of loved ones. It is heart-wrenching to witness such neglect, and the lack of accountability from the staff is deeply concerning. This facility's failure to provide basic care and regular communication with families reflects a level of negligence that should never be tolerated in a healthcare setting. I urge others to think twice before placing their loved ones in this facility."
"I would not send a dog here. I have no tv. The building has no central air. The furnishings look like they have never been changed or updated. I had to lay in my urine for hours. They are slow to answer call light. They have no rails on sides of bed. I am totally grossed out of the whole experience. I hope they have cleaned up their act since I wrote this review almost 2 years ago, no it will be 3 years in April"
"Absolute garbage location and staff. New management is a joke. No different than the one before or the one before that. 2 %.,(/;;/ hours before my loved one past away, I was told by their head admin, if you're not happy take your loved one elsewhere. 2 hours before dying. Pathetic useless staff at best. Falls, broken bones, they don't care. They don't call for an ambulance when need be. Patients get dehydrated turning blue. The staff is too lazy to be bothered. Bedsores, absolutely. They don't wash their patients or take them out of bed. Food, absolutely nasty. Some patients can't feed themselves and aren't given any help. Medicine, not administered when needed. They also rather give their patients drugs to make them sleep their days away so they don't have to be taken care of. Symphony, don't bother responding with your bull$hit that my post isn't true. You know it is. This, is exactly what you stand for. Absolute lack of care for your patients."
"This place deserves to be closed down. It's the worst establishment that I've ever tried to deal with. Like other reviews no one answers the phone and they leave the voicemail full so there's no way to dial with anyway. The operator is the only one you'll ever get to speak with. I asked for owners number and was given a construction company number. I'm trying to get my family out of this shty whole and they refuse to help you. I'm looking into possibly getting legal assistance because this is ridiculous. I see they've had trouble before which is why they changed names. Don't ever ever send your family to this dump. The people that work there are horrible and nobody wants to do there job."
