"This is the most unprofessional doctor office I have encounter my entire life. The staff is very very rude and disrespectful they knows nothing about patient care. The doctor is all amount money and not the care of the patient. I have 2 insurance in which he participate with and because the staff did not do their job and very my secondary coverage they provided refuses to see me because I would not pay my copay. I explain to the front desk my secondary payer will payer the copay but the refuse to see me. the front desk ask the provider and he said no."

"I saw this doctor years ago and after my second visit getting a cortisone shot on my back I was free from years of excruciating pain he's very caring and knowledgeable about pain I would go back to him again if he took my insurance highly recommend him very courteous staff too"
