"I was seen by this office and I was always treated poorly. The doctor was rude and always made me feel like I wasn't welcome. I was dealing with stage 4 liver disease which was deteriorating my body. At one point I fractured two ribs from slightly hitting my night stand. Found out I was in the beginning stages of osteoporosis but according to this doctor I had bone cancer. Made unrealistic requests that I see a specialist, have tests done and come back with reports proving I had not developed cancer or he was no longer treating me. I was given 30 days during COVID outbreak to make all of this happen or I was to be immediately left without care. To add insult to injury when I had a check up with him - it was one of the only times I felt like he physically examined me... only to Jab his fingers into the area of my fractured ribs so hard tears were rolling down my cheeks and he states "Next time don't face dive into your coffee table". I couldn't believe it, but he had always just been rude and unkind. All while I was dealing with this horrible disease waiting for a transplant. Added fear of things that I did in fact prove I did NOT have (cancer) and I just wondered if it was something about me as a person he hated or if he treated others this terribly. I stayed and suffered this for a very long time with lack of options and finally he dismissed me saying I was rude to his staff which couldn't have been farther from The truth and always calling his office - which I was left no choice when I constantly blown off and told I'd hear back and several days would go by without a word. My advice don't put yourself through such a horrible experience. Doctors are meant To help - Not to treat You like garbage and as though you don't matter"
"Dr. Tsuji is one of the rudest, most insensitive, condescending doctors I've ever met in my life. After he entered the exam room, he proceeded to read my entire chart for 20 minutes with me sitting right in front of him and did not utter a word. What a huge waste of time and talk about awkward! Shouldn't he do this BEFORE my appointment?! Then he physically hurt me during the exam when he pressed extremely hard on my neck where my herniated discs are located... to the point of tears. I've seen many other doctors for my condition and none of them have done this. He then tells me that I am over exaggerating my symptoms which couldn't be farther from the truth. One week prior, his partner at the practice who is a neurosurgeon told me I need neck surgery because my herniated discs are affecting my spinal cord. Meanwhile, Dr. Tsuji is saying I'm complaining too much and only have arthritis in my neck. He then proceeds to tell me that he is refusing to take me in a patient and can't do anything to help me as he opens the door as if to say 'get out'. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!"
"Did not introduce himself upon meeting. Removed a flashlight to examine me from his messenger bag on the floor. I could not get a word in edgewise during the appointment and wasn't provided an opportunity to fully detail the issue. I was told "most people know the cause of their pain". It is evident this physician needs to reevaluate his bedside manner and focus on his listening skills. A waste of a $50 co pay."
"He messed me up and created pain in my spine to my ankle. His procedures do not work. It only takes my money. He does not even order xray. He thinks he has a laser vision that he can see where your problem are. He is a quack."
"Spinal cord stimulator works wonders! He was awesome walked me through everything and way above and beyond"
"Turned a simple procedure into a big deal. Incompetent!"
