"You might think my reviews emotional, but I really really don't care. I visited this establishment 4 years ago the day of my fresh transfer with my daughter. And they were great... Made room for me and everything because you don't know when your transfers is going to be until right before it is. I wanted to do the exact same thing this year because that one was a success and I called this morning as soon as they opened and they told me they don't have any openings for weeks. How can you do fertility treatments but not accommodate for those that are having transfers when we have no control over the date or time that those are going to be? the front staff person was very cold with no their tone about it and honestly if you're like me and you're looking to try to do acupuncture the morning of your transfer find somewhere else. This isn't the place to go anymore....somethings changed. They're not the same."

"I have been in a few very serious accidents and have been through so many surgeries and worst. This last accident left me with horrible migraines on a daily basis. Anyone who suffers with migraines or chronic pains know how it just knocks the life and energy out of you. If you need someone extremely skilled this is definitely the place to go. As a bonus he is also very understanding and easy to talk to. The office setting is also perfect and they are extremely conscientious to your needs. Bill has saved me from going to the hospital every other day which is a miracle within itself. I trust him fully with what he does even when I don't understand it and he definitely takes the time to explain things and they make great sense and work. I highly recommend him and wouldn't waste any time looking for others that are not as experienced or as educated as this acupuncturist."
