"Stay away from this office!! I went to this office once to see a provider. My insurance was presented to them, not once did they say they were not in network let alone give paperwork stating there was a waiver for services provided. Call NUMEROUS TIMES no one calls you back. Spoke to their office manager Rob he indicated their billing manager would call me to discuss. She never did. Multiple times calling finically spoke to billing manager Betsy she claims since I was put in collection for me to pay their cost. I only received one bill which I had called and spoke to the office. I was told by the receptionist that she spoke to the office manager and bill was waived initially. Then to get a. Collection notice in December. They have never once reached out to fix this issue. I spoke to Betsy again and she got nasty and arrogant today. I asked who the owner of the practice was and she hung up. Let alone if you need a doctor after hours they are not reachable."
